Terms & Conditions

Room Rates: Rates are quoted in US Dollars and the total payment will be settled in US Dollars.

Credit Cards: Visa & Master Cards are accepted by the hotel. During the booking process, you will be asked for credit card information to secure the booking.

Cancellation: Free cancellation can be made but it must be at least 10 days prior to arrival date, otherwise, the cancellation charge will be applied. If cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival date or later, 50% of full room reserved will be charged, and if cancellation made within 3 days prior to arrival date or less will be considered as No-Show. For No-Show, 100% of full room reserved will be charged.

Payment Policy: Payment shall be done upon check-in or check-out.

Breakfast: Breakfast is NOT included with room rate. So, the booking system will automatically added the cost of breakfast according to the number people.

Standard Check-in and Check-out time: check-in time is at 14.00 and check-out time is at 12.00

Airport Pick-Up: We offer one way free pick-up service from airport to hotel only if your flight will be landing at the current airport which is 7km away from towm. Please send us your arrival information including arrival time and flight number at least 72 hrs before your arrival. We DON’T offer any free airport pick up service from the future airport that is approximately 60km away from town.

Children Policy: Free sharing existing bed with parents for 5-year-old or younger child, but breakfast fee will be applied. Older children between 5 -11 years old, will be charged USD 25.00 per night per child, and an extra bed will be provided.

Extra bed: extra bed for adult can be arranged with extra charge of USD 30.00 per extra bed per night. The fee of this extra bed includes breakfast.

Suggestion: After you have made the booking, please make sure that your booking is successfully completed. The hotel will not responsible for any uncompleted reservation. System failure sometime happens, so sending us an e-mail to re-confirm your room booking is highly recommended.

Note: The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
